My pick of the year was pretty easy. The Adidas x Foot Patrol Campus. Coming from a
B-boy background, these shoes are amazing! The colorways, the shape and the build of the shoe is almost perfect! A true B-boy shoe in true B-boy colorways. I also like the fact that these were only sold at Foot Patrol.
For their release, I flew from Oslo, Norway to stand in line to buy these, so they will now always remind me of what a great trip I had (OK, they released them online after a while, but hey!). And a great trip it was, I can’t thank the guys at FP (Wes and Kohei) enough for a great service! I miss doing things like that, nowadays I think it’s too easy to get a hold of that one shoe you’re after on the internet, cause back in the 90s, you really had to travel to get what you wanted.
Bring back the good old times please.
