We’ve been pretty consistent with updating the site with 2009 previews and catalogue scans, here’s a deeper look into the Nike Sportswear Spring ‘09 line for womens. Included are the Dunk High, Air Force 1 High, Vandal Low, Blazer, and Metro.

All styles feature new color-ways and materials/patterns/designs, including the Dunk HIgh that consists of different colored panels and a variety of materials. Keep an eye out for these Sportswear models to hit store shelves next Spring.

A day ago we reported new pictures of the Nike Be True Dunk High Nylon featuring black and gold, more pictures of a similar model have been spotting online. A silver and red nylon Dunk High is seen above compared to the Vandal High that it was modeled after. However, the Dunk is altered a little bit, a silver grey upper is combined by a red swoosh and blue sole. Still no word on official release date. Via Ken Lu.

With the Nike SB July ‘08 collection already wrapped up and finished hitting store shelves, a new preview of what Nike has in-store for us next month has just been spotted on Active’s online site. The line-up consists of a Dunk Mid, Dunk Low, Blazer, Blazer Low, and P-Rod II. Highlights include the highly anticipated black/aqua fuel Dunk Mid, black/bright cactus Blazer and a few other styles. Expect to see the August ‘08 collection inside your local Active Ride Shop in the coming weeks.

How these ended up on a UK retailer’s website without anyone knowing till now, we have now clue, but what we do know is that Mischief, a UK based skate shop, has just released this Nike Dunk High SB featured in anthracite/metallic summit white.

Dubbed the “Futura High’s” for its strong resemblance to the Futura Dunk SB Low, this subtle combination of colors is very tempting to order a pair, but good luck getting these to ship to the US, Mischief only ships inside of the UK. Via NSB.

DUNKXCHANGE X ACTIVE RIDE SHOP 3 YEAR ANNIVERSARY PARTY AND SHOW JULY 26TH AND JULY 27TH IN SOUTHERN CALI!

The Dunkxchange is very proud to have made it for 3 years now. Because of all of your help, we continue to grow and expand to new areas. We are extremely excited about our 3 year third quarter tour.

This tour will be all about skateboarding and the elements it brings to the sneaker scene. We have in store a great tour with two day events planned all over the United States. With that said we are proud to announce that Active Ride Shop will be throwing a skate jam on the first day of each event for this tour. Starting July 26th we will be hosting a special sneaker party with active at the active el segundo store.

There will be special limited releases of a few shoes (think BMX) and many great give aways. We will also have free food provided by whole foods makets.

The actives got sole event will be from 12 noon till 5 pm July 26th to kick off the 3 year anniversary.July 27th the Dunkxchange will be in full swing at the HOP in Lakewood. We will be hosting a special show with prizes and give aways as well. We are working on some fun things.

We thank you for the support and hope to see you at both events. Price of tickets will be $8 bucks on July 26th at Active or $10 bucks the day of the Dunkxchange in Lakewood.

Cambridge’s Concepts released their first collaboration with Nike SB this morning to a long line and large crowd waiting for the Concepts “Lobster” Dunk SB. Only 200 pairs were on hand for the release, but the first 50 people received a commemorative wooden crate for their kicks made to resemble a lobster trap.The “Lobster Dunk” theme was carried beyond imagination with a lobster like exterior made to resemble its armor like exoskeleton, to the lobster bib sock liner, and how could one miss the rubber band across the toes. Limited T-shirts and accessories were also cooked up to compliment the release.

Not surprisingly a few pairs of the Concepts Lobster Dunks have made their way to eBay where they are catching (no pun) some pretty high prices due to the demand. Great concept and great execution. All brands or shops doing collabs need to take notice.

Tomorrow will see the release of the latest Air Jordan XX3 in White/Varsity Red-Metallic Silver. For those counting, this is the fifth Jordan XX3 to release since the Titaniums premiered in late January.Though this is technically a general release, don’t expect it to be as easy to come by after the release date. Many heads missed out on the Countdown Package last weekend and who doesn’t like classic Jordan colors. Also, judging by prices on eBay being quite a bit over retail one can tell that that is a healthy amount of demand as well.

This past season Jordan Brand was a major sponsor of Puerto Rico’s pro basketball league and this summer Jordan Brand will be outfitting the Men’s basketball Puerto Rico National Team for the Beijing Games. Jordan Brands assembled a special release to commemorate the first National team outfitted by JB.A limited Puerto Rico Air Jordan 1 Low PHAT was released today to only three stores in the US: Shoe Gallery in Miami, House of Hoops in NYC, and Goliath in Spanish Harlem. It is said that only 24 pairs were released per door making the total number floating around at just 72 pairs. This was also the first release of the Air Jordan 1 Low PHAT. The “PHAT” Jordan 1 has more padding around the collar and tongue of the shoe much like an SB Dunk. In addition to the sneakers, Jordan Brand produced hats, T-shirts, and practice jersey to hook with the kicks.

Reebok has teamed up with Bodega on some the travel pack dedicated to the infamous Chinatown Bus lines. The pack includes new Omni Pumps that feature a black/grey/turquoise colorway, travel sack, and good luck charms. You can get the pumps and the whole pack this Saturday atUBIQ on Walnut St.

Here we feature the Adidas ZX 500 Sport, which was originally released in 1986. They are very similar to the ZX 700 but with small detailed differences such as more plastic eyelets and a less involved toe box and heel area set it apart. They feature a subtle black and grey upper along with purple accents, constructed from both suede and mesh.

Derek Jeter is known for his clutch playing style on the field, so it is easy to see why Jordan Brnad named these The Jeter Clutch. They feature a similar design to his previous models, but these feature a large Jumpman logo on the side, as well as a quality leather construction. The upper also features some synthetic leather, along with an interesting asymmetric toe cap to protect athletes against toe drag. The phylon midsole features a Nike air unit i nthe heel, and the outsole provides a modified version of the herringbone pattern, which provides great traction. They feature white, black and university blue colorway, but a black, metallic silver colorway will also b available on May 10, 2008.

We just wanted to keep you guys informed that the famous and beloved Nike Air Max 95 - Neons has made its way back to Nikestore, as of a couple of nights ago. They may be one of the most adored colorways of the Air Max 95, and feature a grey and neon green color scheme. Hurry up and get yours before they are all sold out! via SN.

The Air Jordan 1 will release in several different colorways this year. After the Air Jordan 1 pack inspired by the Chicago Sox comes a pair of Air Jordan 1’s seemingly inspired by military uniforms. The kicks come in a pearl white/hay-walnut color combo. You can pick up the kicks on the 24th of May 2008 for $100.

The Second Air Jordan Countdown Pack is set to release this coming Saturday the 15th of March 2008. The pack includes the Air Jordan 9 Retro in the classic white/black colorway and the Air Jordan 14 in a black and white colorway with touches of red. The pack will be available at shops that carried the Air Jordan 10/13 Pack.
